Excellent customer service

The access to get around the city and the size of the rooms. Higher floors were quiet, and the staff were courteous.

The property was a little bit old, and access to get in and get out was a bit congested. Breakfast was not quite to the liking as the spread was not enormous.

Extremely disappointed with the service and how inattentive the staff were. - Requested a room decoration with a small cake in advance for a very special event only to be surprised that the request was completely ignored. 1 hour later and all what was provided is a plain small cake.- Requested a cot for a 1-year-old baby, was delivered half an hour later. The bedding of the Cot was simply a cardboard with a very thin bed sheet!- Called regarding a very disturbing banging on my door at 11 PM. There was no action taken in this matter. - Requested a trolley to handle my luggage for checkout, only to be called 5 minutes later informing me that I need to checkout. Trolley arrived 30 minutes later.- Forgot a charging cable upon checkout and I had to wait for almost an hour for them to get back to me with "we did not find it".- Value for money is simply not worth it.

1. WIfI! reached out to reception/ room service I lost count how many times already - from check in until 11pm ish we dont have wifi access! 2. Receptionist lady who assisted during checked letbus wait too long I need to follow up with another receptionist so they can finally "clean" the room.3. For a non smoking room ours smells cigarettes.!Note we have baby with us so I ended up asking room service to come and spray.

Stayed for two nights, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. I had originally booked a standard room, but upon arrival, the team kindly upgraded me to a one-bedroom apartment — which was spacious, clean, and very comfortable.The service throughout my stay was excellent, and every staff member I interacted with was polite and professional. The breakfast on both days was delicious, with a great variety and quality that exceeded expectations. I also appreciated their WhatsApp support — as soon as I checked in, the team reached out, and every request I made was handled quickly and efficiently.Overall, everything about my stay — from check-in to checkout — was smooth and pleasant. I genuinely appreciated the upgrade and hospitality.

I came last minute with a business trip and I found a room. The reception was very nice her name is Maryam. I loved the warm welcome with the cookie :) The view from the room was wonderful, and the room was clean and aesthetically pleasing. The breakfast facility is the best buffet I tried ever!

If I came across something I didn’t like, I would disregard it due to my satisfaction towards the hotel :)

It was filled with dust. I have asthma and it was triggered major of the time. And the carpet and curtains were very dusty.

Dislike - check in time is at 15:00, it is supposed to be at least at 14:00Reception girl, i think her name was Ikram, I didn't like that she proposed to me and my colleague to stay in 1 apartment, because our rooms were not ready for check in. We paid for separate rooms, we could book one room and save money, so it would be much comfortable for both of us. She could try to say we would try to prepare room earlier.... I think she said like that because we didn't look like rich.

This was our first visit to Sharjah. The hotel boasts a strategic location, rooms with stunning views, and proximity to the Corniche. The staff is extremely respectful and helpful. Many thanks to Ms. Nadia at the breakfast restaurant for her excellent service and impeccable taste. The cleaners and room service in general are highly commended.
